What is Nutritionalize Coaching?
Simply put, it’s nutrition personalized to you! Clients are diverse in regard to fitness levels, dietary preferences/exclusions, budget, nutrition knowledge and diet history, schedule, and age to name a few. Most people fall off with their fitness/nutrition goals because they don’t truly grasp the concept of well balanced nutrition. When it comes to nutrition most people (including myself at one point) think that if they restrict carbs, eat a low calorie diet or try the keto diet they are on the right path towards good health that’s sustainable... Well maybe it works for some people, but for the majority of us it doesn't. It’s about making a decision to "eat to live" while enjoying the foods you love, within reason. Also it’s about making small steps towards your goal not perfection.
About me and why choose Nutritionalize Coaching?
I’m a wife and mother of a beautiful daughter and a furry baby. I have been a Registered Nurse (19 + years) and a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach. I have been committed to my fitness goals for going on 11 years now. I have seen my body transform over these years, but as I have focused more on my nutrition I have noticed more defined results and my endurance during my workouts has definitely improved because I’m fueling my body with the proper nutrition. I have tried all types of diets and the ones I found that worked best for me were “flexible dieting”…. AKA diet for real people who love food, like me. Restrictive diets don’t work for most people because they only produce quick results that don’t incorporate learning to eat a well balanced diet with the foods they love. With flexible dieting, people are able to sustain results and have a healthy relationship with food - which is the true goal, after all.

Personalized Nutrition Coaching
Based off your goals and your realistic readiness we will collaborate together to decide a good starting point, which can be just food diary journaling or hand size portion tracking method which will produce great results. For clients wanting further body recomposition results, macronutrient tracking will be implemented. It’s important for me to teach my clients they don’t have to or “fix” everything at once, small realistic attainable actions that are consistently done will lead to better outcomes and goal achievement…. Consistency is key!!!
Macronutrients…..
I will calculate your baseline macros (protein, fat, and carbs) and adjust them weekly based off your goals. I will provide assistance in teaching you how to measure your food accurately, provide a macro’s food guide, share tips for planning your day and answer any questions you may have.

One of the things that I have come to realize being a nutrition coach is that I cannot change clients lives in a couple of weeks. It takes time. For some clients, it can take a year or more.
These first 3-months are crucial to both my clients and myself as it is a commitment to one another. When new clients come to me we have two goals during their first 90-days.
1. Create a healthy relationship with food by promoting a balanced habit-based nutrition plan designed to meet their individual goals
2. Show tangible results in markers such as overall weight and body measurements through 1-on-1 check-ins on days 0, 30, 60, and 90.
